Hurricane Season

Well, hurricane season is over. We have had a busy year, as predicted, but were fortunate enough to not have to deal with any major storms in our area. Here's hoping next hurricane season gives us a break as well.

Hurricane Igor

Right now we have three named storms in the Atlantic Ocean. Two are hurricanes (Igor & Julia), and one is a tropical storm (Karl). We are currently in the peak of hurricane season, and having three named storms at the same time proves it. Hurricane Igor has a projected path that could have it making landfall anywhere from the West coast of Florida, all the way up the Eastern seaboard to Maine. We will have to watch closely to see where Hurricane Igor is headed. Please make sure you are prepared now, as a hurricane survival veteran, I can tell you that you don't want to wait until one is coming to get supplies.
